When a large brand wanted lots of heartfelt "real voices" to illustrate the frustrations of indigestion in order to promote their product. We leapt into action with audio recording equipment interviewing actual customers in and around London's various shopping hot spots. We went to Borough Market where we interviewed the "too much wine" lady... ironically we found her enjoying a glass or two at one of the pubs at the fringe of the market. We went to the Grenwich Market place where we were able to capture the fabulously expressive voice of the toy store owner there. Then it was back to the studio to produce animated type to bring out the feelings in the voices and convey hot feeling of heartburn, etc. The client was very satisfied and this ran as a christmas campaign across national television.
